Manuel, a man with a diminished mental capacity, lives in a desolate and forgotten Galician village, which he does not recall ever leaving, until one day he decides to do so and venture into a large metropolis, an authentic Comanche territory for him.
Manuel is a man with diminished mental capacity who has never stepped outside of his village, where he lives all alone with his inseparable dog after the last neighbor dies. A fortuitous accident forces him to venture to the big city in search of a veterinarian. In the middle of this chaos, he meets Paula, who is fleeing from her own domestic whirlwind and seeking a freer existence. They are two antagonistic characters who unexpectedly become friends, joined together by their solitude.
